About Us
Our company has its headquarters office in Istanbul. It was established in 1996 and is a member of IATA Ground Handling Council with registration No. 415, and is IATA travel agency with IATA Code 88-2 1122 2. We provide representation services to airlines in all of the airports in Turkey under the authorization granted by the Ministry of Transportation of Turkish Republic.

Our aviation department is at your disposal with a professional and experienced team of more than 130 staff located in our own headquarters building in Istanbul Taksim, and also with 2 Offices in Istanbul International Airport, 1 office in Ataturk International Airport, 3 offices in Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul, base station dispatch office and Training Center in Head Office and Antalya City Office, additionally 2 offices in Antalya Airport T1 and T2, Alanya “Gazipaşa“ Airport Office, Dalaman, Bodrum Izmir, Adana, Esenboga, Hatay and Trabzon Airports. Also we are flexible to move our staff to any other airport in Turkey, when required. All of our staff in the airport terminals have been trained in all necessary programs and successfully received their certificates, and are serving at check-ins and apron with special service uniforms and ID cards.
Adriyatik Aviation also has own Training Department permitted by Turkish CAA and TMKT (DGR).

Our company with young, dynamic and trained personnel and its increased reliability and quality over the years since 1994, as of today operating the representation services for more than 55 foreign airlines. Among them are the National Carriers and low cost carriers, charter carriers scheduled and charter flights such as : Atlasjet, SmartLynx, Windrose Airlines, GetJET, Flynas (Saudi Arabia) etc. The types of aircraft that we handled in 2022-2023 are: A350, B747, B747F, B767, B757, B737, A330, A310, A320, A321, A319, and other types aircrafts .

We are proud to announce that in 2022 we successfully serving more than 26.000 flights from/to Turkey.
As a sample of our volume; Antalya Airport in 2022, more than 14% of all flights was operated by Adriyatik Aviation as the representative of the Airlines. Adriyatik Aviation serving each year around 2.500.000 departure passengers.

We are proud of the quality of our services. In order to reduce cost of flights for our clients we do our best to handle the flights in as short time as possible with high service quality. We managed to reduce the average time of handling of many types for our low-cost carriers with maximum on-time performance.
Every year we have receiving new certificates due to our station KPI results.

No one of our client paid Slot penalty or schedule planning issues in Turkey because our 7/24 OCC department kept all the Slots’ very carefully and we are working 7/24 in all year for Passenger Service Board as well.

We have dedicated staff in baggage sorting area, there is no open file for lost baggage for the year 2022 in any of the airlines that we worked with, so our client airlines had no financial losses due to baggage loss or damages.

Our dispatch and center of Mediterranean Region office works 7 days per week 24 hours per day and provides for our clients Slots’ and permits any time.

As we have been in the market for a long period we have created a wide network of agents for ticket sales to help our clients to fulfill the empty space in their flights. We always pay much attention to collecting of excess baggage fees, seat sales, hand baggage control at check-in and gates for our client airlines.

Our main targets and key advantages can be summarized as follows:

  • Providing all of the grounding services timely and guaranteeing the grounding of the aircraft as short as possible and maintaining a safe flight.
  • Providing realization of the flights with minimum expense, maximum occupancy and safety.
  • Complete controlling of services on air-side for decreasing the costs and protecting client airlines from unnecessary expenses;
  • Follow-up of conditions which may lead to extra expenses such as slot in coordination with a 0 defect target and taking every necessary precaution;
  • Providing all necessary arrangements timely for best satisfaction of passengers at airports and taking precautions timely to prevent possible problems;
  • Welcoming and speeding of VIP guests in the best possible way;
  • Shipment of passenger baggage’s completely and without any damage;
  • Providing information of passengers via tour operators of any possible delays as early as possible and decreasing the waiting time to minimum;
  • Providing ticket sales, seat sales, extra baggage and cargo services to decrease overall costs of client airlines.
  • Controlling checked baggage’s from Terminal till loading. (Dedicated Staff at Baggage Sorting Areas & Ramp to minimize bag lost.
